Irrigation

- Pricing based on systems up to 10 zones; does not include any cost for repairs to the system: proposals for repairs will be provided after each service.
- Start-up. Includes: Install RPZ device & restore water supply • Inspect water main, irrigation main, electric valves, controller, and rain sensor • Perform system zones check to verify proper coverage, performance, & identify issues • Program & adjust the controller settings for optimal watering during spring season
- Mid-season Inspections. Adjust run times & identifying damaged or non-functioning components to ensure efficient system performance.
- Winterization. Includes: Shut off water to protect system • Disconnect and safely store the RPZ device inside your home to prevent damage • Blow out irrigation lines winterize system • Turn off & unplug the controller to protect system components
Mosquito sprays
starting at:
$65/per application
- Pricing based on lot sizes up to 10,000 square feet
- Premier will provide an 8-application mosquito control program at regular intervals between mid-April and mid-October to reduce mosquito populations. Applications will target shrubs, ornamental plant material, dense vegetation, turf areas, and other mosquito harborage locations throughout the property. Treatments are applied using professional spray equipment by trained personnel. This program is designed to reduce mosquito populations and scheduling may be adjusted based on weather conditions and mosquito activity.
- Tick control in the treated areas is included at no additional cost.
Perimeter Pest Control
starting at:
$65/per application
- Pricing based on lot sizes up to 10,000 square feet
- Premier will provide a Perimeter Pest Control Program consisting of regularly scheduled applications between April and October designed to reduce and control common perimeter pests including ants, spiders, earwigs, and other crawling insects. This program focuses on preventative and active control of pests around structures and the foundation of your home.
5-Step Turf Program
starting at:
$65/per application
- Pricing based on lot sizes up to 10,000 square feet
- A five-step program will be applied to your turf which includes: 3/4 pound of nitrogen per 1,000 square feet per application. Pre-emergent crabgrass control, broadleaf weed control, and grub control are included as part of this program. Applications are timed throughout the growing season to promote healthy turf growth, improved color, and increased turf density.
